What can we offer you?
 Our
offer starts with simple apartments and studios
and ends with delightful large luxury villas -
there should be something for every taste and
pocket.
All our properties are completely furnished and
equipped (including house linen); beach towels
are all you need to take with you.
The price includes: water, electricity, gas and
maid-service (including final cleaning). Not included
are heating costs in Season A,
if required.
Holidays without your own pool?
Is that possible? Yes, we think so! Those who
really need a pool shall have it.
However, each pool represents danger for children
- and constantly supervising them can put an end
to your relaxing holiday.
Also water in Portugal is a precious commodity,
and about 3.000 litres of water evaporates from
a pool each day.
Pools need a lot of electricity for the filter,
and some chemicals too. "The sea doesn't!"
